Success at the Bournemouth Performing Arts Festival

Sound Mix won the class for ‘Choral Singing of Light Opera or Music from the Shows. We also came second in two other classes (Sacred and Choral Part Singing A Capella).

In the beautiful venue of Christchurch Priory in Dorset, Sound Mix delivered three wonderful sets of music and song, culminating in the success as stated above. Competing against choirs from South Wales, Berkshire, Hampshire and Dorset, it was a thrill to perform and also to listen to some quality singing from the other competitors. It was a long day but very satisfying at the close.
